      Dish of the future.
      Working as a chef, I have noticed that more and more people are interested in vegetable dishes. I do believe that the share of vegetable dishes will only increase in the future.
      Fungi were among the first living organisms on dry land and will hold a well-defined place in the future.

      I find it interesting that a fish as exotic as catfish is bred in Estonia today.
      The fish is accompanied with a nurturing bite of vegetables to give our bodies a vitamin boost.

      For me, crunchy waffles, baked by my grandfather, represent the past.
      A slightly sour marshmallow and fresh berry side dish adds a special nostalgic element.
